Mel B says she regularly has out of body experiences.
The Spice Girl is convinced she is capable of astral travel, a spiritual practice where someone leaves their physical body. In an exclusive interview with Daily Star, the singer explained what happens when she closes her eyes.
She said: “I thought everybody could do this… astral travel or going into different dimensions. When you’re in bed and you can dream and you can see your body and you can fly around. I can still do it now.

“You can look down on yourself and you can take yourself off to wherever you want to go,” the Scary Spice star revealed. Mel insists she did it a lot when she was growing up and used it to visit her local pub in Leeds.

She said: “I was obsessed with anything spiritual. Maybe I’d go off to school really quick or I’d fly up to the pub.
“I was just whizzing around. It was great. I’d just hover around the pub,” she admitted, before claiming her powers are more potent when she’s wearing her pyjamas.
After revealing all about it at a recording of Rhod Gilbert’s Growing Pains, she was challenged to see if she could have an out of body experience in the studio but insisted her outfit was stopping her.

Mel recently branded her fellow Spice Girls members d—heads for not wanting to commit to a reunion tour.
The star explained why she was kicked out of their group chat: ““Because I’m Northern and say what I think and feel and I’m constantly saying to the girls: ‘We need to go back on tour’.”
