P Diddy’s $61.5 million mansion is struggling to attract buyers.
In September it was revealed that the rapper was putting is whopping 13,000 square foot property up for sale after it was raided by Homeland Security back in March. The asking price is a jaw-dropping $61.5 million, which is far higher than the $39 million he paid for it back in 2014.
TMZ reported that the property is “not attracting buyers” and sources spoke to the outlet about the situation: “Real estate sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ there have been ‘only a few’ potential buyers who have even walked through the mansion […] we’re told no-one has shown any interest in buying the place.”

“Our source say a married couple recently looked at the house and the woman was ‘creeped out’ and couldn’t wait to leave. As one source put it, there is definitely an ‘ick factor’ because of all the allegations against Diddy – both criminal and civil.”

According to TMZ, realtors have weighed in on the shocking price tag and branded it “ridiculous”. TMZ reported: “They [the realtors] say it’s worth nowhere near the $61.5 million he’s asking.”
They also made another interesting correlation as to why Diddy’s mansion may not be be drumming up potential buyers. According to the outlet as Thanksgiving fast approaches, “the real estate market slows down dramatically” and is reportedly “pretty much dead through Christmas”.

Diddy was arrested on 16 September and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, all of which he “categorically denies”. Right now, Diddy – real name Sean Combs – is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Centre awaiting trial.
In a resurfaced interview, rapper Machine Gun Kelly told Hot Ones that he once partied with Diddy for two days straight: “This lasted for two f***ing days and I didn’t f***ing see him sleep one f***ing time. Remember Get Him To The Greek? That was this motherf***er.”
