Sami Sheen has revealed that she’s thinking about getting even “bigger” breast implants just three months after her first boob job.
Known for stirring up a bit of drama, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ oldest daughter posted a video clip to TikTok hinting at her thoughts of undergoing more surgery.
In the video, she’s wearing just a small top and lipsynching the words, “All that work and what did it get me?” while twitching her eye. The caption read: “Spending almost 10k on a new rack just to wanna go bigger. Someone talk me out of it.”
Her fans quickly urged her not to do it, with many bringing up health risks linked to having another breast enhancement so soon after her last one. One follower wrote: “I’ll talk u out of it – they look good and I think any bigger would cause back pain!” Another chimed in saying, “They are perfect you don’t need to get bigger.”

“Pls these are so perfectly proportional,” a third person said. “I’d say just be with them for awhile. Enjoy them. Get to know them. Live life with them and then decide,” a fourth advised. The 19 year-old star first told everyone about her boob job on TikTok, where she posted videos from the hospital before and after the surgery.

She showed off a snap in a blue hospital gown and cap, and another of her resting at home in bed after getting out of the hospital. Before her surgery last year, Sami said getting breast implants would “save my life” because it made her stop smoking and vaping.
Sami said at the time: “I have been vaping for five years now. I’ve been addicted to nicotine for five f***ing years. I tried quitting multiple times. It’s really f***ing hard. I’m getting a boob job in two months and I have to be nicotine-free for a month before,” she said in a TikTok video.

“I’m already getting anxiety, OK? I have not gone a single day in the past five years without this motherf***er. I think me getting my boobs done is honestly going to save my life, because it’s forcing me to quit this,” Sami opened up. Sami joined OnlyFans in 2022, and calls herself a sex worker, even though she isn’t really one.
“I don’t meet up with people. I don’t film myself having sex. I don’t do that, but I also have no judgement toward the people who do, do that,” Sami said after getting some heat for using the term. “If people did their f***ing research, they would realise that there are multiple forms of [sex] work.”

Her dad Charlie wasn’t too happy about her job choice at first, telling Fox News he thought his ex-wife Denise was to blame for letting it happen. “I do not condone this, but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity,” he shared.
