Dua Lipa’s hunky Londoner fiancee Callum Turner is said to have been cast as Daniel Craig’s replacement and is so excited that sources say lots of people already know
Dua Lipa’s fiancee Callum Turner has been “blabbing all over town” that he’s the next James Bond, sources claim.
The London actor, 35, is odds-on favourite with the bookies now to replace Daniel Craig.
A source close to the Fantastic Beasts star said: “He’s been blabbing all over town.
“Callum is the new Bond, it’s been confirmed.
“Everyone in his circle is talking about it.
“It’s the worst-kept secret going.”
Franchise producers Amazon MGM Studios may even get a two-for-one-deal by getting Dua Lipa to pen the song for the new flick’s credits.
The 30-year-old pop star has previously written Swan Song for the 2019 sci-fi movie Alita: Battle Angel.
She is reportedly eager to follow in the footsteps of Adele, Billie Eilish and Sam Smith by joining the Bond theme tune canon.
The source said: “Dua is over the moon for Callum. She’s been saying she’d love to record the Bond theme.
“If it is Callum then he’d be a popular pick. He has the looks and sophistication for Bond and he has proved his acting chops.”
The next 007 film is entitled Bond 26 and will be the 26th in the franchise but is not expected to be released until 2027.
Dua Lipa has declined to comment while Amazon and Callum Turner have been approached.
