Hip hop DJ Tim Westwood has “categorically” denied having “inappropriate relationships” with young fans.
The ex-BBC broadcaster, 62, was under mounting pressure last night to respond to a string of anonymous allegations from different women on Twitter.
They allege he had sex with them after plying them with alcohol and drugs.
He told the Daily Star: “I can categorically say that I have never had an inappropriate relationship with anyone under the age of 18.
“I am aware of attempts by anonymous sources to make fabricated allegations online.

“I can confirm that such allegations are false and without any foundation.”
The DJ worked for the BBC for years and now hosts a Saturday show on Capital Xtra.
Earlier this month, Westwood was making a music video at a house in Harlow, Essex, hours before a drive-by shooting outside it in which Robert Powell, 50, died.
The DJ’s spokesman said he had made a cameo appearance, adding: “Tim left after making his appearance, which was many hours before the serious incident.
“Tim had no knowledge of the incident and was deeply shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic news.”
