The Chase returned to our screens this evening for a latest celebrity special of the ITV quiz show.
Host Bradley Walsh welcomed Jeff Banks, Michelle Ackerley, Andy Crane and Brian Conley to the show.
The cheeky presenter was eager to see them get through to the final with some money in-hand.
Jenny “The Vixen” Ryan was in the hot seat tonight trying to prevent the hopefuls from going home with the cash prize.
The famous faces all took it in turns to take on the cash builder and later went head-to-head with The Beast in an intense round of general knowledge questions.
Welsh fashion designer Jeff, 77, was the first person to take on the thought ITV quiz show.
He managed to answer five questions correctly during the cash builder round, winning a sound £5,000.
Jeff later went head to head with Jenny and he managed to make through to the final chase.
Bradley, 60, was left in stitches over one cheeky question he asked Jeff.
The giggling presenter asked: “Popular in the 19th century, a muff chain was worn around what body part?”
The three possible answers to the question were ankle, neck or waist.
Bradley and the rest of the studio couldn’t keep in their laughter as Jeff guessed the correction answer to the question.
Viewers at home were also left giggling at the question.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “‘A muff is something you put your hands in to keep them warm’ Saucy!”
Another added: “The word muff always makes me laugh.”
A third confused viewer said: “Muff chain?”
While a fourth asked: “Muff chain round your waist hahaha.”
“Muff chain klaxon”, posted another fan.
A sixth said: “Bradley Walsh is so hilarious.”
Jeff correctly answered Neck and went on to explain exactly what a muff chain is.
A muff chain is a long chain worn around the neck with fasteners at the ends to be attached to ladies muffs, a cylinder of fur or other warm material, used to keep hands warm in winter.
The Chase airs weekdays on ITV at 5pm
