Love Island beauty Liberty Poole seems to have known that she will be heading into the villa for a while as she planned her strict workout routine.
As an islander in the original line-up, the beauty was one of the first people to step foot into the villa – and it seems she put the work in for her preparation.
Speaking to Daily Star Online, Liberty’s personal trainer Jordan Goddard, of Limitless Personal Training, revealed the extent of her training.
He said: “When Lib first came to me she told me she had something special coming up but she couldn’t tell me too much.

“I used to train her around two years ago she we got right back to it and started training around five months ago.”
Jordan continued: “She would come to me between three to four times a week, she came frequently, she’s a had worker.
“We worked her legs, strength and conditioning and core as our main focus – she’s a hustler.”
As the time for Liberty to go in the villa got closer, Jordan said Liberty told him that she needed some things to do while she was in the villa.

He gave her the ideas, and clearly she has taken it on as the beauty has already been working out with her co-stars in the villa – certainly a change from the packed to the brim countryside facility Liberty was previously working in.
Her PT said that Liberty is a lovely girl with her head screwed on, but admitted that she tends to like a “bit of a player”.
It seems her PT could be onto something there, as the man that Liberty is coupled up with at the minute remains unsure about the blonde beauty.

It comes after Jake Cornish has been sharing his concern about Liberty, explaining that her personality is amazing, but he doesn’t want to “rip her clothes off”.
Fans have already taken to Twitter to share their devastation for the beauty, saying she will “get her heart broken” by the hunk.
However, viewers remain positive that Lib will find her perfect man in the villa – but they’re not entirely sure that she will make it to the end with Jake.
Fans will have to wait and see if Liberty and Jake have what it takes to be become Love Island champions.
