The rapper extended the invitation to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their children during an interview with The Mirror.

The unlikely friendship between Snoop and the royal lads goes back to 2010 when Prince Harry called the Gin and Juice rapper to ask if he would perform at William’s upcoming bachelor party.

Snoop couldn’t make it but did release a song called “Wet” featuring look-alikes of Harry and Will in the video.

At the time, the artist posted on Twitter expressing his desire for the track to be played at the festivities.

Snoop Dogg continue to describe his friendship with the royals, saying: “Harry and William are my boys.

“As soon as I knew they were fans I reached out to them and we‘ve been cool ever since.”

The musician bigger up Harry and Meghan for their major move to California amid all of the international scrutiny and backlash they were met with.

Talking of their choice and their stance on international affairs, he revealed that he thought Prince Harry had “big balls” especially when he didn’t invite Trump to his wedding.

He added: “And now, for real, I say he’s got an even bigger set of balls…Him and Meghan are living their lives like they want and that can’t be an easy thing with the whole world judging them. “They got to live life their way – they get a lot of respect from me for that.”

Another one of his British besties is footballing legend David Beckham who he has been pals with for fifteen years and often still keeps in touch with.

They have both bonded over their love of hip hop and footie with Snoop Dogg adding it was “always going to be a friendship that worked”.
