Love Island star Faye Winter looked unrecognisable in a makeup-free selfie after getting her lip filler dissolved.
The 26-year-old reality star, who was known on the series for her advocacy of cosmetic surgery, shared with her 1.1million followers that she hopes to even out her lips by removing the filler.
Posting on Instagram, the star, who placed third with partner Teddy Soares, said: “Yes this is my natural lips at the moment guys.
“Thank you so much for the messaging saying that you like it without the filler but you know me I’ll say it as it is and I’m getting [filler again].

“So I’m going to take all of your lovely comments and throw them out the back of the car because I am getting filler put back in. It is the bottom line,” she added.
However, despite a plethora of positive comments about her natural look, Faye insisted that she was getting her filler put back in as soon as possible, describing her natural lips as “little raisins on my face”.

“They do look like an 80-year-old man’s ball sack right now. They’re like little raisins on my face but it is what it is.
“Look I’ve only got five days left with them looking like this,” she said.
The star took to her Instagram Story earlier this week and said she was undergoing the treatment because “one side is bigger than the other”.
She explained: “So today is a very exciting day. I don’t know if it’s exciting or terrifying, but I’m going to get my lips dissolved and have natural lips.”
She also revealed that the lopsided lips were a result of an incident during a challenge in the villa, though it was not aired on the show.

“One side is bigger than the other and that happened due to a lovely challenge in the villa. And I’ve got the lump up underneath from it now which I’ve never had before.
“It’s not anyone’s fault or any practitioner’s fault prior, it is purely because of the challenge,” she added.
The estate agent spoke openly in the Majorcan villa about her cosmetic procedures, including lip fillers, a boob job and Botox.
Faye’s fellow islanders Liberty Poole, Chloe Burrows, and Sharon Gaffka had also discussed their cosmetic procedures on the show.
It comes after Faye and her boyfriend Teddy Soares got into the Halloween spirit on Sunday evening.
The couple channeled characters from James Cameron’s sci-fi film Avatar.
