Dragons' Den star Steven Bartlett used to steal pizzas to feed himself

Dragons’ Den star Steven Bartlett has revealed that he once had to steal Chicago Town pizzas to feed himself.

The 29-year-old is now a mega-rich entrepreneur businessman, who founded social media marketing agency The Social Chain.

However, he wasn’t always wealthy and at one point in his life he couldn’t afford to buy food.

However, he went on to build his company when he was only 21 and at 28 he became the youngest ever Dragon in the Den.

Speaking when he joined the show last year, he said: “I’ve been watching Dragons’ Den since I was 12 years old – it was my first window into the real world of business and investing.

“It’s a tremendous honour to join the Den, hopefully representing a new generation of entrepreneurs, inspiring young and specifically under-represented entrepreneurs to follow in my footsteps.”
