Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly “issued an announcement” while hosting I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! on Saturday night (November 12).
On Friday (November 12), fans all had the same complaint minutes into the beloved ITV reality show, and now the Geordie duo have addressed that complaint head on while on live TV.
Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnely have been showcasing one of their favourite gags of the series – on multiple occasions, every night.

Whenever speaking about celebrity campmate Boy George, the duo burst out into dance, with them both grooving to the 1983 Culture Club hit Karma Chameleon.

Fans took to Twitter earlier this week because they had grown tired of the gag.
“The karma chameleon joke is starting to get old already! Stop it now [two cry laughing emojis] #ImACeleb,” penned one.
While another added: “When will Ant and Dec stop doing Karma Chameleon jokes! Getting a bit tired now boys #ImACeleb.”
But on Saturday Ant and Dec addressed the complaints when they issued a statement.

“Right, time for a quick announcement from me and Dec,” Ant revealed.
“You might have noticed that we’ve done a lot of dancing to Karma Chameleon this week.
“I’ll be honest, there’s been a few times we’ve just shoehorned it in,” he continued.
Dec then admitted: “Yeah we have,” before adding: “But not anymore.”

“We’ve come up with a new policy,” he went on, adding: “that from now on we will only play the song if there’s a very obvious justification for it.”
“Thank you for listening, that is the end of the announcement,” Dec concluded.
He then turned to Ant and asked what was coming up next, to which he replied: “A VT that heavily features Boy George.”
Dec then said: “Uh oh,” before Ant added: “Don’t worry, he’s talking about food, specifically Kimchi,” which left Dec saying: “Phew,” in relief.
Ant then had a “message” in his ear before revealing that the VT about food was followed by “an in-depth discussion about Culture Club, and specifically the hit single Karma Chameleon”.
The Geordie duo then burst out in dance once again as the studio was filled with the iconic 80s track.
One fan took to Twitter and penned: “At this rate, Karma Chameleon will be #1 again, just from the number of plays on #ImACeleb.”
Another then said: “One more karma chameleon joke and I’m out of here.”
While a third disagreed: “Ant and Dec dancing to Boy George Karma will always highlight the show.”
