Olivia Attwood says she remains distraught over the nature of her I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here exit as she opened up on the reason she was forced to quit the jungle.
Olivia was sent home from Australia after doctors and ITV staff rushed her to hospital within hours of her jumping out of a helicopter to arrive at camp.
That sparked a range of rumours as to the nature of the medical problem that had forced her off the show, with speculation ranging from her ADHD proving incompatible with outback living Down Under to Covid bubble regulations preventing her re-entering camp.

However, the former Love Island star says she was forced to leave the show after a routine blood test showed that she was dangerously anaemic, as well as having low sodium and potassium levels – although Olivia admits she wondered on the way to hospital whether she might be pregnant.
The 31-year-old is now back home in Manchester after being flown back to Heathrow, with blood tests since her return coming back normal.
On being rushed to hospital, Olivia told the Mail on Sunday: “I was so scared, I was like ‘what the hell is wrong with me?’.
“They couldn’t give me an answer, they just told me that they had to get me to the hospital immediately.
“The results were really, really low when they put them into their reader and they consulted with another doctor off site. I had those bloods done in England before I left, and they were fine. I was confused and of course very, very worried.
“It felt like the longest journey ever – I didn’t know what to think. I was wondering if I had picked up a virus, was I pregnant? All of these things were going through my head.”
Olivia, who says she has dreamt of appearing on I’m A Celeb ever since her Love Island appearance in 2017, says she remains upset about the nature of her exit.
“The show’s staff told me everyone liked me and I was favourite to win, so that leaving felt like a punch to the gut,” she added.
“Just two days before, I jumped out of a helicopter which I loved. I did a trial which I loved. I was so happy and elated. It was an extreme high to an extreme low. I felt empty.”
