Josie Gibson has addressed the dating rumours that have been surrounding her and her ITV colleague, Sam Morter, after the presenter shared several pictures of them in Paris together.
In the pictures, Josie and cameraman Sam, could be seen cuddling up together in the “most romantic city” in the world, with one image even including the pair holding hands in front of the Eiffel Tower.
The This Morning star was inundated with messages on her Instagram account, as her fans congratulated her on her new relationship.

Her co-star Alison Hammond even replied to the post, calling the pair a “beautiful couple”.

Josie admitted the truth not long afterwards, saying that the post was merely a joke.
She wrote: “This has got out of hand. I’m still single…I couldn’t pull a cracker.”
Sam weighed in with a response to the rumours, typing: “Okay, I think the joke went too far, Josie!”
Josie shares her three-year-old son Reggie with her ex-partner, Terry, and has been single since the pair split up.

Opening up about her life as a single woman, she told The Sun that she was “too scared” to try dating apps.
She said: “I couldn’t do that dating apps because I haven’t got the minerals. I could not go and meet them. I just wouldn’t have the confidence to go and meet them if I didn’t know them, and I like to know people who know people.”
She also recently opened up about being a mum and how she is currently happily focused on Reggie.
Josie said: “You do everything for your kids, everything I do is for him, everything I get is going to him and for his education. It’s made me a real strong woman.”
