Kim Kardashian stunned the showbiz world on Monday (April 10) by announcing she has landed a role in season 12 of American Horror Story, which airs on Disney Plus.
The reality star is set to feature alongside actress Emma Roberts when filming begins in May, according to a short video on her Instagram story.
Although SKIMS founder Kim, 42, didn’t appear in the eerie sounding clip, it included the text: “AHS12. Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian are delicate. This summer.”

Hulu star Kim, meanwhile, added her own brief caption consisting of looking eyes and a dripping blood emojis.
The Hollywood Reporter later revealed that Kim’s role was ‘specifically written’ with her in mind, adding that the series will be called ‘Delicate’ and based on author Danielle Valentine’s forthcoming novel, Delicate Condition.
The outlet continued, explaining that Kim and Ryan are in fact friends, with the latter impressed with her stint as Saturday Night Live host in 2021 so much so that conversations took place last summer about ‘crafting a unique role for her scripted TV debut’.
In a statement to THR, the show’s co-creator Ryan Murphy said: “Kim is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family.
“Emma and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture. Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.”
