Emmerdale’s newcomer Claudette has already made a lasting impression as she arrived in the Dales on Wednesday (May 25).
The mother of Vicar Charles Anderson immediately clashed with Manpreet Sharma and was less than pleased when she discovered this was the woman her son is dating.
But fans may already recognise her as actress Flo Wilson has made an appearance in the soap before.

Speaking ahead of her arrival, Flo said: “I feel blessed that I was chosen to play Claudette and I hope to make the Emmerdale family proud of the work that I will do.”
Discussing his on-screen mother’s arrival, Charles star Kevin Mathurin said: “I’ve had the privilege of working with Flo before, so when I saw her name on the sheet I knew she’d be perfect to bring Claudette to life.
“Flo is a wonderful soul, an amazing actress and is already settling in.”
While executive producer Jane Hudson promised Claudette will cause a stir, saying: “We are delighted to welcome Flo Wilson to the cast of Emmerdale.
