The Hunger Games stars have never been ones to hold back about their steamy love lives.
From being sent “a ton of butt plugs”, admitting to “liking d**k” to opening up about their love of filming steamy scenes, the cast of the epic film franchise have divulged plenty over the years, much to the shock of their co-stars and interviewers.

Jennifer even said in an interview for her new film No Hard Feelings that her favourite swear word is “c**k”, because it “feels so satisfying” to say it.
As Finnick Odair star Sam Claflin celebrates his 37th birthday, Daily Star is taking a look back at some of the raciest confessions by some of the biggest stars of the franchise.
Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer rose to global fame when she starred as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games back in 2012.
From American Hustle to Silver Linings and Joy to House At The End Of The Street, Jennifer has headed up countless movies that we all know and love.
But the innocent looking actress is actually a bit of a vixen, and has previously admitted to a few steamy sex confessions.
When she was just 23, Jennifer made a racy confession during an interview with Conan O’Brien.
“This is actually really funny. Somebody as a joke bought me a bunch of butt plugs,” she revealed in 2013.
“It’s a long story. I had a copious amount of butt plugs. Tons of butt plugs. All different kinds of colours.
“The maid was coming so I was like, ‘well I’ll just shove this under the bed so she doesn’t see all these butt plugs’.”
In 2018, Jennifer also made a confession on Howard Stern’s radio show, where she opened up about “liking d*ck” and dodging STIs.
“I am not in a relationship. I am making it clear that I have not had sex in a very long time.”
Clearly feeling some kind of way, Jennifer then opened up about sex, saying: “I always talk like I want d*ck, but the truth is when I look back at my sexual past it was always with boyfriends, I talk like I like it, but I don’t really do it.”
She then revealed that she’s a huge “germaphobe” and requires anybody she sleeps with to get tested and checked out beforehand as she said: “I have made it this far without an STI,”
Before adding: “D*ck is dangerous.”
Josh Hutcherson
One of Josh ’s best known roles is as the District 12 baker Peeta Mellark in the infamous franchise.
Throughout his life, Josh has been a strong ally for the LGBTQ community after the AIDS-related deaths of his two gay uncles, Steve and Jamie.
In 2013 when promoting the release of the second film Catching Fire, he opened up on his own sexuality to Out Magazine, as he hinted that he would be open to dating a man.
“I would probably list myself as mostly straight.
“Maybe I could say right now I’m 100% straight, But who knows? In a f****** year, I could meet a guy and be like, Whoa, I’m attracted to this person.
“I’ve met guys all the time that I’m like, Damn, that’s a good-looking guy, you know?
“I’ve never been, like, Oh, I want to kiss that guy. I really love women. But I think defining yourself as 100% anything is kind of near-sighted and close-minded.”
Woody Harrelson
Woody famously played the drunk mentor Haymitch Abernathy from District 12.
And it seems that the star, like his Hunger Games on-screen persona, seemingly loves to live on the wild side of life too.
The actor previously opened up on a highly publicised ‘foursome’ that he had in 2002, where he opens up on how his wife forgave him.
In 2017, he told the Hollywood Reporter : “I went to this bar in London, and afterward these girls came up to me, these two girls, and asked me, ‘So you want to take a walk on the wild side?’ So I said, ‘I guess I do.’ And then I hopped in the car, and another girl I didn’t even know hopped in.
“We went to my place, and one of the girls was a razzi [paparazzi] or worked for them, worked for the rags. And she got a photographer to come out. That one girl manipulated the other two.
“Laura—this really gives you a sense of the depth of her compassion—what she said to me after finding out was, ‘That must be really hard for you, to have this s*** exposed,’
“She just said that. Now that doesn’t mean she wasn’t upset. How did I apologize? You know, just your standard Texan grovel. But she forgave me, and we’re still together.”
Elizabeth Banks
Elizabeth played Effie Trinket, the eccentric but lovable Capitol escort to the District 12 tributes and she became the main preparation assistant to Katniss Everdeen.
In 2011 she made a candid admission to GQ magazine as she admitted that she loves filming sex scenes, despite the fact that she finds the act in real life, “horrifyingly embarrassing.”
She revealed: “Well, it’s a fairly ridiculous act. I mean, let’s be honest: It’s a very primal thing that you’re doing and it involves, you know—it’s what they call bumping uglies, which sort of puts it in the right place.
“It’s a horrifyingly embarrassing act. It’s the most vulnerable you can be as a person, I think.”
Stanley Tucci
In the four-film franchise, Stanley played flamboyant television host Caesar Flickerman.
The actor is also known for his portrayals of relatively camp characters such as Nigel Kipling in the Devil Wears Prada and Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
In 2020 a video of him making a Negroni cocktail went viral on Instagram, where he subsequently became known as a Sex Symbol.
But despite this, he recognises the status and when promoting his food show on CNN titled Searching for Italy, he told People Magazine that he actually embraces the image.
He revealed: “Who goes, ‘I feel terrible about that’? People think I’m sexy? How awful.
“It’s wonderful. I don’t get it, but I’m very glad.”
In 2022, he also told The Guardian that his wife Felicity Blunt – the sister of A-list actress Emily Blunt – finds the whole thing amusing as he said: “My wife thinks it’s funny and I’m incredibly flattered,”
“I don’t get it but I’m glad. Who wouldn’t be glad? Hey, it took a long time.”
