Coronation Street fans were left stunned over show alum Tina O’Brien’s real age, as she kick-started her birthday celebrations.
The telly fave, who has been a regular on the ITV soap since 1999 playing Sarah Platt, will be celebrating a milestone birthday next week.
And it seems the celebrations have started early for Tina as she met up with some gal pals to celebrate her big day on Monday (August 7).

Taking to her Instagram on Friday (August 4) Tina shared, and re-shared, a slew of posts of her cosy night in with pals.
For the gathering, her friends all brought snacks, and Tina even shared a snap of her rocking some novelty Happy Birthday glasses while pouting to the camera.
In another picture, Tina can be seen huddled around her pals, with one of her friends captioning the snap: “Cannot believe we are celebrating your 40th!”
Just this week, Tina uploaded several snaps from her trip to a sunny location, alongside the caption: “Summer days drifted away.”
The soap star could be seen soaking up the sun on her holiday abroad as she relaxed and took a dip in the bright blue waters.
Fans couldn’t get enough of the post, with one person gushing in the comments section: “Looking amazing.”
A second then chimed in and proclaimed: “Not aging at all Tina, you look 10 years younger.”
Fans were also left stunned over her ageless appearance when she uploaded a sizzling snap of her at the ITV’s summer Party the other week.
Rushing to the comments section, one follower penned: “You never age!”
A second said: “Stunning, might have to start watching Corrie!” as someone else quipped: “She has to be still in her 20s!”
It’s been a rather turbulent time for Tina’s character on Coronation Street in recent weeks.
