Corrie fans have been complaining that Tyrone Dobbs’ long-lost mother Cassie Plummer looks older than him.
Poor Tyrone was hit with a huge family bombshell on Wednesday night (August 16) when a panicked Cassie revealed that she was his mum.
It came as a huge shock for him, given that Evelyn previously told him that his estranged mother was dead.

Fans will remember that Evelyn left Tyrone at a police station as a baby because she didn’t think her daughter Cassie could raise him due to her drug problem.
But Cassie managed to tell him before Evelyn could stop her, prompting Tyrone to storm out in shock and rage at Evelyn for hiding the truth.
But fans seemed rather distracted as they believed Cassie, played by 52-year-old singer Claire Sweeney, looked younger than her on-screen son, played by 41-year-old Alan Halsall.
Rusing to Twitter during the episode, one fan complained: “Cassie genuinely looks younger than Tyrone.”
Another wrote: “She’s a bit young to be Tyrones Mum.”
A third pointed out: “In real life, Alan Hasall is 41 and Claire Sweeney is 52…so Cassie had Tyrone when she was 11.”
Tyrone was left fuming with Evelyn for not telling him that Cassie was alive, but she insisted she was only trying to protect him as she didn’t trust Cassie given her history with drugs.
