BBC Breakfast star Naga Munchetty begged to be “rescued” after Ben Thompson whipped his legs out on camera.
The presenter, 48, normally presents alongside Charlie Stayt from Thursday to Saturday, however, the broadcaster was nowhere to be seen during the latest instalment (December 23) of the morning programme.

He insisted he’s never tackled any of it. “I think I would just be a lot of limbs,” he said, waving his arms around.
The 41-year-old added: “I wouldn’t be very coordinated.” Naga raised an eyebrow as Ben went on: “Yeah, definitely too much leg.”
The Radio 5 Live presenter began to respond but was abruptly halted after spotting Ben raising his leg in view of the camera. She shuddered, demanding: “Put it away!”
Naga then turned to meteorologist Sarah Keith-Lucas for help, begging: “Sarah please rescue us from the lack of decorum on the sofa.” The trio couldn’t help but giggle as Ben rested his leg on the couch once again, exposing his black socks.
It comes after Naga took a cheeky swipe at Carol Kirkwood as she attended a festive Christmas market. The weather presenter headed to Cirencester in the Cotswold’s where she paid a visit to two beautiful reindeers as she presented the weather.
Naga introduced Carol as the segment opened with an image of Father Christmas going over his naughty and nice list. The newsreader joked: “Time now for the weather and Carol is at a rather festive location. She’s aged a bit but she still looks well. “Carol, you’re looking fine,” she teased. In typical fashion, the 61-year-old brushed off the cheeky comment.
