Caleb Milligan collapsed in dramatic scenes during the latest episode of Emmerdale.
After a showdown with his family in the Woolapck, Caleb (William Ash) woke up in shooting pains in his stomach during Wednesday’s (April 10) episode of the ITV1 soap.
He tries to get an emergency doctor’s appointment with Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) but she’s too busy to see him and rushes him away. As he’s sitting on a bench in the village he doubled over in agony, unable to walk.

His nephew Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) found him on the floor but after his uncle’s affair with wife Tracy Robinson (Amy Walsh), Nate was in a helpful mood and refused to help him.
Sam Dingle (James Hooton) later passed by in his van and Caleb told him he needed to go to straight hospital and Nate eventually offered his assistance. After being checked over the medics, he was informed appendicitis and will need to have his appendix removed as soon as possible. Caleb told wife wife Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) about Manpreet being unable to see him and she was left fuming.
After spotting Ruby’s reaction, fans rushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, to suggest that Ruby will “go after” Manpreet. One fan penned: “Goddess Ruby is gonna rip Manpreet to f**k.” Another added: “Ruby is ready to bite Manpreet.” A third said: “Manpreet next on Ruby’s list.”
Cain has been struggling to forgive long-lost brother Caleb following his affair with Tracy last year. Caleb wanted nothing more than to reconnect with the Dingles and has gone out of his way to make amends, particularly in respect to brother Cain but the latter has refused to budge, promising that he will never forgive Caleb for what he did.
Caleb’s wife Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly), who has her own grievances with the Dingles, decided to put her own feelings aside in a bid to reunite the warring siblings, knowing that it’s what Caleb wants more than anything. After a spot of drunk karaoke and a few home truths Cain stormed out of the Woolpack. Fed up of his childish behaviour, Caleb berated Cain and made it quite clear that, from here on out, he’ll leave him alone.
Cain, however, was clearly taken aback by such a statement. The mechanic ended up visiting Caleb in hospital but does this mark the end to their family feud or will they continue to go up against each other?
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 and ITVX at 7.30pm
