Kim Kardashian has been called out over her diva-ish demands.
The reality star recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and opened up about her quirks and habits, while touching upon one she does every morning. Jimmy asked the Skims founder whether she “has someone take the Starbucks sleeve off her coffee” because she “hates the sound of cardboard”.

The Kardashian sister confessed: “Yes, it’s true and I hate the feeling, like the sound […] like the cardboard getting moved off the cup is like nails on a chalkboard to me.” Kim admitted that she gets the willing participant to remove the cardboard sleeve when she’s not looking as she can’t stand the movement.

Over on X/Twitter, fans were divided over Kim’s unusual demand and shared their thoughts on the platform. One critic said: “Sheltered and coddled and rich behaviour,” while another person quipped that it “is not that serious”.
Another post read: “This means there is somebody out there, right now, who is making six-figures per year just to remove cardboard for Kim.” However, one person wrote: “I totally get Kim here, she’s one of us,” as another sympathetic X user typed: “[To be honest] it can be irritating.”

A third person joked: “This is the first thing she’s said that I actually relate to.” Elsewhere in the interview, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians icon gave an insight into her A-list life and revealed that she used to walk Madonna’s dog with her sister Kourtney.
She told Kimmel: “[Madonna] was my next door neighbour when I was like seven and eight years old. I was her dog walker, Kourtney and I would walk her dog after school in exchange for her jewellery!”

Kim said that the pop sensation was leaving her “80s neon phase” behind and gave the siblings a box full of her old accessories. Kim and Kourtney wore the pieces to school, much to the envy of their peers: “Everyone was like: ‘Oh my god, I love your bracelets,’ and we were like: ‘Thanks! Madonna gave them to us’.”
