America’s Next Top Model was one of the most controversial shows on television.
The model competition series was fronted by host Tyra Banks, who was known for her work in the fashion industry and for her seriously questionable contestant makeovers. From awful bleach blonde ringlets three times bigger than the contestant’s head to shaving down one girl’s tooth gap to make it even bigger, nothing was too much for Ms Banks.
ANTM has come under fires in the years since the show’s most controversial episodes aired back in the early noughties, with Tyra receiving most of the backlash for her wild transformations and attitude.
