Lauryn Goodman given brutal blow by Kyle Walker on future relationships in court

TV personality Lauryn Goodman could end up moving house if she finds a new boyfriend thanks to Kyle Walker.

The former bank cashier was left bare in the courtroom on Friday (August 2) after she found her personal life being aired out. The star is currently battling it out against the Manchester City FC player, who she shares two children with.

The brunette beauty, 22, and her former flame Kyle, 34, welcomed two children after their very brief flings – but the footballer is said to have no emotional relationship with the tots. The doting mum often shares snaps of her kids Kairo, four, and Kinara, one, on social media, despite asking the courts to keep their identities hidden.

Lauryn has also been hoping to build a relationship with Kyle, who is married to Annie Kilner, which has struggled to take root. Over the years, she has demanded several things from the sportsman such as an astroturf for her lavish home, a new car and even redecoration.

Following the birth of her son, Kyle splashed the cash on a house for Lauryn and the newborn. But the purchase came with some strict terms and conditions, it was revealed today.

Honour Judge Edward Hess has explained the full details of the court ruling which revealed that should the youngster complete his education with a first degree, that the house would go up for sale. Judge Hess added: “A sale would be triggered on Kairo ceasing education up to a first degree or earlier if the mother cohabited with or married another person (subjected to the leave of the court if Kairo was still in education).”

He later went on to write that Lauryn had asked for this clause to be removed from the judgement, which Kyle refused to change. The clause, which was repurposed from the Standard Family Order, says: “Simultaneously with the purchase of the new home the Respondent shall grant the applicant a Tenancy allowing the applicant and the child of the relationship to occupy it rent-free to the exclusion of the respondent until the first to happen of the following events (‘the determining event’)…

“The applicant’s re-marriage or cohabitation with another person as man and wife for a continuous period of 6 months… provided that in any event the property shall not be sold without the permission of the court while any child of the relationship in occupation of the property is still a minor or of full age but receiving full-time education or training (including one gap year).

Judge Hess later added: “I certainly have the jurisdiction to remove this clause, but in my view, it would be inappropriate and unfair for me to do and I shall not accede to this demand by the mother.”

The same term of judgement applies to their daughter Kinara too, meaning that when she finished her education, or if Lauren cohabits or marries someone, a sale would be triggered. In a cruel written statement, Honour Judge Edward Hess branded the reality star “often difficult, unreasonable and demanding”.

He added that she didn’t have a “good track record of telling the truth” in his blistering statement. Meanwhile, Judge Hess described Kyle as a “perfectly straightforward witness… [who] gave his answers in an even and thoughtful tone”.

The Judge went on to deliver his scathing review on Lauryn. He added: “My assessment of the mother is that she was not reliable, often said what she thought would help her case rather than what was true, failed to make a calm and measured assessment of what she needed and often exaggerated her needed to spend money (I think the father was correct to observe that the mother was in many ways treating him as an open-ended cheque book).”

Earlier this month, an insider close to the footballer revealed to the Mirror that Kyle had been unable to have a relationship with Kairo and Kinara due to his former flame’s actions. They explained to the publication: “The way Lauryn has behaved towards Annie and her children has made it impossible for Kyle to forge an emotional relationship with them without protecting the privacy of his own family.

“Kyle provides for Lauryn’s children financially and will continue to do so.” Want all the biggest Showbiz and TV news straight to your inbox? Sign up for our free Daily Star Showbiz newsletter.
