He flagged up the offer once more in an Instagram Story, penning: “1 to 1 coaching £200 a month!”In a heartfelt video message, the TV favourite addressed his male followers: “Gentlemen over 50, are you listening? Look, in my experience, guys get to this age and they realise they put a lot of work and effort into their job, their career, their business, but not a great deal of effort into looking after themselves.”He pointed out the all-too-common midlife revelation: “They look down, belly’s a bit bigger than you want it to be.
