Tragic former Love Island presenter Caroline Flack had been focused on her wellbeing and “getting fit and healthy” in the weeks before her death.
The ITV star had attended daily gym sessions after quitting booze and appeared “chirpy and happy”.
But, just weeks later, Caroline was found dead in her north-east London flat.
A lawyer for Caroline’s family later confirmed the star had taken her own life.
One devastated pal told The Mirror the 40-year-old had been making efforts to improve her wellbeing in recent weeks.

The unnamed friend told the publication: “She was channelling all her energy into getting fit and healthy.
“She quit alcohol, and was holding her head high, going to the gym every day – even though that meant putting a brave face on in public classes.”
Just hours before her death, Caroline was assessed by paramedics on Valentine’s Day following “concerns for her welfare”.
She was checked by the medics, but was not taken to hospital, a spokesman for the London Ambulance Service confirmed.
Concerns over Caroline’s health were raised after she was charged with assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton in December.
The star described the following weeks as “the worst time of my life”, and she stepped down as presenter for Love Island.

Well-wishers paid tributes and left flowers outside Caroline’s home in Stoke Newington.
One person, who left a bouquet of roses outside her home, told The Mirror: “It is difficult enough going through mental health issues when the world does not know you.
“I feel completely saddened for her going through something like that with everyone scrutinising you – to be trolled on every form of social media.”

Celebs also paid tribute to the presenter following her death, among them was Dancing on Ice star Joe Swash who was fighting back the tears on the show.
He said: “I just want to send my love to her family and my condolences you know.”
