This Morning babe Holly Willoughby was reportedly supporting both Phillip Schofield and his wife Stephanie Lowe prior to him coming out as gay yesterday morning.
Phil took to Instagram to share his highly personal news shortly before yesterday’s This Morning, before he sat down with Holly to speak through the statement and his feelings.
And while it was clear how supportive Holly was being to Phil, it’s reported she was just as much there for his wife Steph before his big announcement.
A source said: “Holly loves his wife Steph and knows the two of them had been having some really difficult conversations. She was there for them both during this time and would, of course, never betray their confidence.

“This is very much Phil’s story, but it’s been a big weight on Holly’s shoulders, too. But she is delighted it’s finally out in the open.”
The source added to The Mirror: “Phil considers Holly a rock throughout all of this.”
Phillip opened his heart to the world yesterday in a lengthy statement, in which he thanked his wife and their two daughters Molly and Ruby.

He wrote: “Steph has been incredible – I love her so very much. She is the kindest soul I have ever met.
“My girls have been astonishing in their love, hugs and encouraging words of comfort.
“Both mine and Steph’s entire families have stunned me with their love, instant acceptance and support.”
The ITV legend continued: “Of course they are worried about Steph, but I know they will scoop us both up.”

Phil then turned his attention to his co-host, writing: “My friends are the best, especially Holly, who has been so kind and wise – and who has hugged me as I sobbed on her shoulder.
“At ITV, I couldn’t hope to work with more wonderful, supportive teams.”
The 57-year-old has been married to Steph since 1993, with the duo having two daughters in their mid 20s.
