I’m A Celeb viewers were seriously spooked during Wednesday’s episode, as they spotted the hammock swinging “by itself” in the castle.
In the scene, Jordan North was walking through the empty castle, hoping to find his campmates as they played a game of hide and seek.
The room was completely empty aside from the Radio 1 DJ, with all the other campmates gathered inside the Telegraph to trick Jordan.
Jordan had been designated as the “seeker,” stomping through the empty camp as his campmates sniggered inside the Telegraph.
At one point, Jordan searched for the gang inside the bunk quarter, which is filled with rattling bed frames and khaki hammocks.
Unable to find his pals in the room, Jordan soon exited – but a movement on the camera caught certain viewers’ attention.
Clocking the scene, some viewers were convinced they could see the canvas hammock swaying, even though no one had touched it.
Taking to Twitter, spooked viewers wondered over the creepy hammock movement, with one writing: “Did anyone else see the hammock swinging by itself when they were hiding?? #ImACeleb”
“WHY WAS THAT HAMMOCK MOVING,” wrote a second.
And a third chimed: “Soooo did anyone else notice the hammock that was SWINGING ON ITS OWN?!?”
“Anyone else notice the hammock swinging while Jordan was seeking? Ghost?” wrote a fourth.
I’m A Celeb is being hosted in the hallowed grounds of Gwrych Castle this year, located near the town of Abergele in North Wales.
The castle is rumoured to be haunted – according to the staff at the fortification, there have been sightings of a “woman in white” on the grounds.
As myth and legend would have it, the Countess of Dundonald, who sadly died in 1924, haunts the castle to this day.
On top of that, the castle was previously used to hold ghost hunts, with punters traipsing the grounds in the hopes of coming across a paranormal figure.
I’m A Celebrity airs continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
