Giovanna Fletcher has won the hearts of the nation with her positive attitude and kindness on this year’s I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
The 35-year-old media personality is best known for being a bestselling author, podcaster and the wife of McFly star Tom Fletcher.
Her podcast, Happy Mum Happy Baby, has been listened to 12.1million times, and the mum-of-three has interviewed some very famous faces on her show.
It sees Giovanna, who is mum to Buzz, Buddy and Max, share her journey through parenthood, and encourage other mums to be confident in themselves as a parent.
Giovanna’s book Happy Mum, Happy Baby: My adventures into motherhood, was a Sunday Times number one bestseller, and her podcast continues the conversation about being a mum with a whole host of guests.

One of Giovanna’s guests that sparked a huge response was The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.
During the honest and candid chat, Kate, who is mother to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, spoke about the “pressures” of being both a mother and a working Royal.
When Giovanna spoke about how every parent suffers from mum guilt, Kate said she too feels guilty when she has to go away to work for long periods of time.
The Duchess explained that it’s a “constant challenge”, explaining: “You hear it time and time again from mums, even mums who aren’t necessarily working and aren’t pulled in the directions of having to juggle work life and family life.”

Opening up about her interview with the Duchess of Cambridge, Giovanna told HELLO! magazine it was a “surreal experience” and an “honour” to speak to Kate.
She said: “I’m honoured she decided to use my podcast for her first personal discussion on motherhood. Having children is full of guilt and doubt, but the more we talk about those feelings, the less alone we feel.”
Giovanna Fletcher also spoke to Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden in an emotional episode of the podcast.

Holden shares daughters Hollie and Alexa with her husband Chris Hughes.
During the chat, Amanda spoke about how she fell into a coma following the traumatic birth of her youngest daughter Hollie.
She also opened up about the loss of her stillborn son, Theo, in 2011.
Amanda was seven months pregnant with him when a scan revealed his heart had stopped.
The Heart Breakfast presenter has since set up Theo’s Hope, which provides support and counselling for mums who have suffered stillbirths.

Alesha Dixon was another celebrity guest to open up about becoming a mother on Giovanna’s popular podcast.
The singer opened up about motherhood, and revealed why she didn’t announce her first pregnancy straight away.
Alesha, who shares Azura and Anaya with husband Azuka Ononye, told Giovanna: “Thing is most people think why would you hide that? It’s really silly.”
Speaking about her first pregnancy, the BGT judge explained: “I think that at the time the thinking was, because Azuka and I had been together for a long time I hadn’t put it out and it wasn’t that we were hiding from any particular reason.

“So, the first thing was, well no one even knows we’re in a relationship and now I’m pregnant… How are we going to get around this? We’ll just hide it.”
Keeping her first baby a secret for six months, Alesha announced she was expecting her second child during the first semi-final of BGT in 2019.
Other famous mums who have appeared on the podcast include Fern McCann, Kate Ferdinand, Davina McCall, Lorraine Kelly, and one of Giovanna’s best friends, Emma Willis.
It’s not just mothers who have been interviewed, as Giovanna has also discussed parenthood with fathers, including Ore Oduba, Joe Wicks, Ant Middleton.
