Singer Lucy Spraggan has been vocal with her weight loss journey for her social media followers and her latest snap saw the star get candid about her transformation.
The former X Factor star took to her Instagram Grid as she revealed a before and after snap which has seen her drop three dress sizes in two years.
Lucy, 29, was seen posing in front of a mirror wearing a green sports bra and black leggings in the selfie which she took two years ago in order to document her journey.
Going au-natural for the snap, Lucy’s slimmed-down figure was on full display as she gazed at the screen of her iPhone.

Her second snap saw Lucy pose in front of her bedroom mirror while displaying a completely different look.
The Sheffield-born songstress raised her white t-shirt as her washboard abs took centre stage.
Lucy beamed from ear-to-ear as her six-pack shone through in her selfie.
The Beer Fear singer revealed that she had lost a significant amount of body fat in 2018 due to fad diets, which she said were: “experimental and inconsistent” and “actually life-threatening”.

Lucy went on to say that she struggled while waiting for the “tiny and subtle” changes to her body.
Captioning her post, she wrote: “When I look at the left picture in contrast to the right I can SEE the change, it’s a huge reward to know that I did that, it feels great!

“But on almost every other part of this slog, it’s been exhausting at times because results are so SLOW and tiny.”
Her post did not go unnoticed as fans instantly flocked to the comment section to praise the South Yorkshire lass.
“Both beautiful,” gushed one follower.
While a second added: “I’m proud of you.”
“You are so fricking amazing,” penned a third.
“Amazing transformation! Hard work pays off,” exclaimed a fourth.
Lucy told FUBAR Radio in October that she changed her lifestyle after splitting from her now ex-wife and had “rediscovered” herself following their split.
