Rio Ferdinand and wife Kate Ferdinand made a guest appearance on This Morning today, ahead of the release of the new doc Rio and Kate: Becoming a Stepfamily.
The newlyweds, who tied the knot last year, opened up about their relationship while chatting to hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
Digging for answers, Holly asked about the lovebirds’ plans to have a child together.
Hinting at their children’s demands for a new little one in the house, she said: “What they do want is a baby brother or sister.”
Kate and Rio agreed the kids constantly beg them for a new sibling – but remained tight-lipped on their own views.
Picking up on their body language, Holly remarked: “Watch this space I guess!”
Airing tonight at 9pm on BBC One, the new documentary follows Kate as she adapts to life as a step-mum to Rio’s children.

After their marriage last year, Kate has become a mother figure to Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, eight.
Discussing the challenges she has faced, the former TOWIE star told viewers: “It was difficult but I’m really glad we’ve done it.”
Kate and Rio opened up about the bereavement process, making it clear they are proving an incredible support system for their little ones.
She went on: “There’s always going to be issues. The children have lost their nan and their mum.
“It’s just the reality, that is our family.”
This Morning airs on weekdays at 10am on ITV.
