Ant McPartlin ’s ex-wife Lisa Armstrong has called in the cops after claiming letters between the two of them were allegedly stolen.
Makeup artist Lisa, who works on BBC series Strictly Come Dancing, got in touch with police on September 17 after the notes, as well as other belongings, were taken from a skip outside the house they once shared.
A newspaper report last month told how the items included a Valentine’s card from Ant to Lisa.
A wedding planner with seating arrangements for their £150,000 nuptials at Cliveden House in 2006 was also taken, as well as Ant’s dressing gown from a 2006 celeb golf event.
The article claimed the man had permission to go through the skip.
But Lisa called cops after claiming items were taken without her consent.
Police have since closed the investigation.
The Met said: “Police were called at 13:29hrs on Thursday, 17 September to reports of a burglary.
“It was reported that a number of items were stolen from a skip outside the property.

“Officers carried out enquiries. No suspects were identified. The investigation has been closed.”
It was claimed that Lisa has previously left other items, including books, on the west London street in boxes with a sign with the words: “Help yourself.”
I’m A Celeb presenter Ant is now with his new girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett, 43, after his and Lisa’s divorce in 2018.
Lisa this week told how she only recently moved out of the £5million property and is currently living in a hotel.
She has bought a new pad which is being refurbished.
She told the Outspoken Beauty podcast: “I have just decided to move and buy a new house, move at the busiest time in my life. Now I am in a hotel.”
Lisa’s legal representative did not respond to emails yesterday.
