Brad Pitt believes Angelina Jolie has 'gone way too far' amid custody battle

Brad Pitt is reportedly unhappy with a recent turn of events amid his ongoing custody battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

The 45-year-old actress has reportedly requested that the judge overseeing their case is replaced as he is “too close” to Brad and therefore biased.

Hollywood actor Brad, 56, is said to be furious as their custody battle looks set to turn frosty.

A source told Us Weekly: “Brad says Angelina has gone way too far this time.

“He’s left with no other option but to dig in and fight back, hard.”

Maleficent star Angelina claimed in court documents filed earlier this month that Judge John W. Ouderkirk had “failed to disclose” that he has a working relationship with one of Brad’s attorneys.

Brad’s legal team hit back at her claim, and stated that the judge “has had a well-documented history” with the couple.

They added that he even presided over their wedding in August 2014.

The latest twist in proceedings could turn things heated after the battle was seemingly headed to an amicable outcome.

Brad’s lawyers hit back at Angelina’s claim, saying she has “hurt” the children with her latest filing.

The former couple share six children, Maddox, 19, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12.

Brad’s lawyers stated: “The individuals hurt most by Jolie’s transparently tactical gambit are the parties’ own children, who continue to be deprived of a final resolution to these custody issues.”

Angelina’s legal team shot back at the claim, telling Us Weekly: “Any delay in these proceedings is due to [Pitt’s team’s] zealous attempt to create an unrecognised special exception for their client’s benefit.”

Brad and Angelina split up back in September 2016, with the ex couple legally separating in April 2019.

Their custody trial is due to start in October, with the former couple preparing for an intense legal battle.
