Countryfile star Helen Skelton broke Hollyoaks babe Nikki Sanderson’s nose during a tense SAS: Who Dares Wins scenes, according to the television presenter.
The brutal Channel 4 show sees a team of former Special Forces soldiers, including Ant Middleton, put a group of famous faces through an adapted version of the selection process wannabe must ass to join the Army’s regiments.
Former Blue Peter presenter Helen, 36, got so into the reality show that she broke Nikki’s nose after instructors told them to box each other.
Helen revealed: “I had to fight Nikki and that was tough because I really like her.
“She hit me a lot and I only hit her a couple of times, but when I did she was like, ‘Oh my God, I think you’ve broken my nose.'”

The star continued telling The Sun: “I might have only hit her a couple of times but I connected.
“It’s so weird having to fight someone you like, I didn’t want to hit her, then she hit me once and I was like, ‘OK!'”
Mother-of-two Helen was left fearing for her safety during her time on the show after taking on a series of challenges which included jumping from a helicopter into a lake.
She added: “I really thought I’d enjoy the challenge where you have to fall from a helicopter into a lake but it was horrific.
“All I could think about was what would happen to my life if I broke my neck. It was terrifying. It haunted me the night before we were due to do it.”

While a roasting from Ant, 39, was a contestant threat, it was his colleague Mark “Billy Billingham, who left Helen frightened.
She revealed: “I find Billy really scary. To me he’s the dark one in that gang.
“I think the other ones have a front about being these big, gnarly men but I actually think if anyone’s going to kill me it’s Billy.
“I really want to know what he did in the service. Since I was on the show he left me a voicemail just saying hi and checking in.

“Even though it was a friendly message, as soon as I heard his voice I started sweating. I’m not even joking. Honestly, I was like, ‘Can he see me? Is he outside?’.”
