Emma Bunton has revealed that the Spice Girls have once again reunited since the easing of the coronavirus lockdown, with Victoria Beckham in attendance.
Baby Spice, 44, was speaking about the groups’ epic reunion tour last year which saw them perform to around 700,000 fans in stadiums up and down the country.
While on her Heart FM radio show, Emma shared all about the Spice Up Your Life hitmakers low-key reunion.
Speaking about the lockdown restrictions that were put into place, Emma said: “As things slowly, slowly start to get back to normal and we’ve all started to meet up with friends again haven’t we?”
The songstress continued: “Which is strange… I actually started to think I would never see them again, well, unless it was on Zoom calls.
“And this week, yes, I finally got to meet up with Geri, Mel B, Mel C and Victoria!”
Despite often documenting their reunions that are normally held at each other’s homes or a swanky bar, Emma divulged that their reunion was less flamboyant than a Spice fan would expect.

“Now you may think we propped up a bar somewhere or had drinks in the garden but no!
“We went on a social distancing walk in the woods, yes!”
Emma continued: “This time last year we were performing at Wembley all glammed up…. well this year we was in wellies… walking in the rain…”

She joked: “Yes, something you don’t see every day – five Spice Girls in their wellies!”
The Spice Girls have been centre of growing speculation over recent months, with sources telling Daily Star Online that they are gearing up to hit the road once more.

Victoria also turned down the opportunity in 2019, instead, focusing on her fashion empire.
A pal of Victoria told us: “Victoria will always be a Spice Girl and loves the girls very much but due to other commitments would not be able to go on tour with them.”
We also revealed that Melanie Brown had quit her role on Celebrity Juice in order to prepare for a “busy year” next year.
Last week, the group celebrated the 24th anniversary of their debut single, Wannabe, which catapulted them to international stardom making them the biggest girl group in the world.
All five Spice Girls were last pictured together in 2018 when they gathered at Geri Horner’s home in London to discuss their 2019 reunion tours and an animated film.
