Emmerdale fans were left scratching their heads after the latest lockdown episode when they picked out a wardrobe blunder in the Jimmy and Nicola King scenes.
In an effort to help Nicola’s dad to shield from coronavirus, the couple moved into Laurel Thomas’ house to secure his safety.
The episode saw the couple spent the quarantine together, with Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) revealing she was suffering from depression in emotional scenes.
However, watching from home, viewers couldn’t help but point out that the couple hadn’t appeared to change their clothes in almost two weeks, wearing the same costume for a number of scenes.
Taking to Twitter, they pointed out the blunder, suggesting they would be likely to swap outfits as 12 or 13 days passed by during the lockdown.

One said: “Emmerdale we’re up to day 13 Nicola and Jimmy in same clothes errgh.”
And a second agreed: “Day 13 and Jimmy and Nicola still haven’t changed their clothes on Emmerdale #Emmerdale@emmerdale “.
Another pondered: “Just loving the Nichola and Jimmy #emmerdale lockdown episode @nicola_wheeler But why are they wearing the same clothes EVERY day?? “

“Jimmy and Nicola obviously short of clothes on #Emmerdale 12 days without a change! (Ye is know every day is t shown but still). And they mentioned the kids once … on day 1 but not since… but I think they got away with it,” added another.
A fifth chimed: “They will have to peel those clothes off when they eventually get changed #Emmerdale “.
Actress Nicola Wheeler opened up about the emotional episode in an interview with Digital Spy earlier this month, reflecting on the “sadness” the Emmerdale favourite was experiencing.

She said: “I think Nicola is doing a little bit of life assessment.
“When every day is the same you start looking at your life and there’s a scene in the episode where she says ‘when lockdown ends and everything goes back to normal, I’m going to be still doing the same thing.”
Hinting Nicola will be making some changes in her life in coming scenes, she added: “I think what’s become apparent for her is that nothing’s changed much apart from not being able to go out.
“She’s reevaluating her life and what she’s doing.
“She starts to get a bit sad as she realises she has nothing much to look forward to once lockdown ends.”
Emmerdale continues on Monday at 7pm on ITV.
