Gemma Collins says she has no idea how humans survived the last Ice Age without pizza.
The Towie star also pondered ‘where did all the ice go?’.
Speaking on her Radio One podcast today, Gemma, 39, said she didn’t understand how people got by with no garlic prawns, pizza, pasta or wine during the Ice Age – which ended 11,700 years ago.
She said: “In all seriousness, how did the Ice Age happen and where did all the ice go once it went away – and where did it all come from?
“Did anything from the Ice Age survive? I did see some mammoth horns, or mammoth tusks – whatever mammoth’s have, I’ve seen ‘em.

“I wanna know – did anything from the Ice Age survive?…I would really like to be able travel back in time and catch a glimpse of it.”
She added: “This is something I really want to dig deep in – what were the humans like in the Ice Age?
“Does anyone know anyone from the Ice Age? Have you got ancestors from the Ice Age? What year was the Ice Age?…we need to find this out.

“So, can you all help me – what do you know as I’d really like to know when the Ice Age was and did anyone survive the Ice Age… and what did they eat in the Ice Age?
“I mean imagine world without a bit of pizza, a bit of pasta and a few garlic prawns… was wine about in the Ice Age?”
She ended her podcast asking listeners to message her and tell her about what life must have been like in the Ice Age, adding: “I really want to connect with you guys.
“Please help – email me, let’s dig deep on the Ice Age.”
