Helen Flanagan has revealed that she would love to return to Coronation Street for its upcoming 60th birthday.
The actress, 30, played Rosie Webster for 13 years before leaving in 2018 to go on maternity leave.
Helen misses those famous cobbles and is hoping she can be part of the soap’s anniversary in December.
She says: “I really want to go back – I miss it so much. I was a child actress since the age of nine and the soap was such a big part of my life.
“I was so lucky to have been part of such an amazing show that’s been going for 60 years. It’s incredible and I’m very proud to have been in Coronation Street.
“I miss everything about it, from the excitement of filming and acting to the cast and the make-up ladies.
“I’d absolutely love to be part of the 60th anniversary.”
Helen is still close to cast members including Brooke Vincent who played her younger sister Sophie and Sally Dynevor who plays mum Sally.

“I adore them both,” she says. “With Sally we have that kind of mother and daughter thing going on and we do have a very close relationship in real life.
“I saw her a few weeks ago and I’m close with her daughter Hattie too.”
For now Helen’s focus is on being a mum to her two girls Matilda, five, and Delilah, two, with Preston footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair.
She recently announced she is pregnant with their third child, due in March next year.
Helen says: “The kids are my life. As a mum everything revolves around them.
“I feel very lucky I have this time with my children and I’m just enjoying my pregnancy now.”
While she is now on the mend, Helen recently suffered a severe bout of hyperemesis gravidarum, which causes extreme sickness while pregnant.

“I also had it when I was pregnant with Matilda and Delilah,” she says. “The first trimester for me is usually challenging because of the condition, but I’ve had amazing support from Scott and my mum.
“I’m now feeling a lot better and I’m really excited about the pregnancy. I can’t wait to meet my little one.”
Today Helen launches a fashion edit with lingerie brand Pour Moi featuring two maternity bras as well as loungewear, sexy two-pieces and bralettes that you can wear on nights out.
She looks stunning in the collection and credits online workouts with helping her stay in shape after having two children.
Helen says: “I have my own workout with TV.fit called Mumma Fit, which I’m really proud of.

“It’s designed to help mums feel great both physically and mentally.
“The focus isn’t on losing weight but repairing your body after labour, and there’s a calming element to it which has relaxation.
“There is a pressure on women to lose weight after being pregnant, but I don’t like the focus being on that. All women are different. And now I’m expecting again I’ve just been doing gentle yoga.”
Helen often shares glamorous photos on social media but has vowed not to edit them in the interests of being a good role model for her daughters.

She says: “I am a real girly girl and I do like to get glammed up but I don’t retouch them.
“From my years of working in acting and doing modelling, I know my angles and good lighting.
“Before coronavirus, every time I was going out with friends they’d get me to take their picture because I know how to get a flattering photo.”
And of her new collection, Helen reckons it’s important to have lingerie and nightwear that makes her feel “beautiful, empowered and glamorous”.

“I’ve been a fan of Pour Moi for a while and I was so excited when they asked me to pull together an edit from their new collection,” she explains.
“After having two children and nursing them, I want my bras to fit really well and comfortably and give me a pretty feminine shape.
Helen has also helped the firm with a campaign that raised £107,000 for four charities – Age UK, The Samaritans, RISE and East Cheshire Hospice.
She adds: “Pour Moi do a lot of good for charity, and I love the fact they empower women with body confidence.”
