Home and Away’s Justin Morgan could be in serious danger after his surgery to get rid of his tumour went wrong earlier this week.
He had an operation to get rid of the tumour on his spine, but newcomer Dr Christian Greene was horrified by what he discovered in the middle of surgery.
The doctor was also worried to find that tumour is attached to Justin’s spinal cord and posed a risk of possible paralysis.
He consulted Justin’s sister Tori about whether she wanted to take the risk and continue with the surgery, or stop and hope that the tumour stops growing.
As Tori decides to stop the surgery, could she end up putting her brother in serious danger as his tumour continues to grow?
Speaking to Daily Star Online, Ditch Davey, who plays Dr Greene, teased that Justin could be in serious danger after the operation.
He said: “Tori wanted to make a careful decision but Christian knows what he wants and needs to do and get the job done.
“But this decision will have a big effect on Justin and his health, and the storyline will continue for a long time… not years I hope but it will affect him.
“But Christian wants to see things through with his patient but when things drag because of the tumour complications, that keeps him tied to the bay.
“He has got a very clear idea of what needs to happen but it is not his decision, it rests and ends with the patient, so he is trying not to push him and Tori too hard.
“There is a lot of emotional involvement going on, his personal relationship with Tori has an impact on both Justin and Leah, there is a huge domino effect there.”
Ditch also dropped a huge hint he could be operating on Justin again in the near future, as he spoke about what he would like his character to do next.
He added: “I loved doing the operating scenes, it’s a good skill to have.
“It takes a lot of focus ad it is technically really interesting, I would love to get back in the operating room, hopefully I will.”
Could Justin end up paralysed as Tori’s decision affects the rest of his life?
Home and Away continues on Monday at 2.15pm on Channel 5.
