Love Island star Carl was seen lifting Katie her from her wheelchair, with the star currently suffering from broken feet and ankles.
Former glamour model Katie, 42, has been left unable to walk after a nightmare accident at a theme park.
Carl, 31, played her knight in shining armour as he lifted her up as they arrived back in London.
He was seen gently picking her out of a wheelchair and carrying her into a waiting car.

Katie was seen dressed casually in a Moschino jumper and shorts, as well as sporting her leg casts.
She was also seen covering up with a glittery face mask.
Carl, 31, sported a black hoody, cargo green shorts and a black cap as he rocked a cheaper paper mask.

After Katie was back in her wheelchair, the pair were then seen holding hands as she was pushed by a staff member at the airport.
Katie and Carl have been on the holiday with her children Princess and Junior Andre, who she shares with ex Peter Andre.

The couple had matching veneers while out in Turkey, with Katie showing off her natural teeth while in the process of getting her new gnashers.
It was confirmed yesterday that Katie won’t walk for six months after her theme park accident.
However, her daughter Princess warned it could be even longer.
Talking about her mum, she said: “She’ll be in a wheelchair for three to six months – but she won’t walk for a year.”
