Meghan Markle's next move should be Dancing with the Stars says Bruno Tonioli

Bruno Tonioli has eyed up Megan Markle’s next TV appearance, admitting the former actress would be “brilliant” on Dancing With the Stars.

The Strictly Come Dancing favourite, who also judges on the popular US show, opened up about a possible appearance from Meghan, explaining it would make the 38-year-old look “accessible and funny”.

Speaking to Extra’s Terri Seymour via video chat, Bruno revealed his dream contestant for the upcoming series.

He said: “Obviously Meghan, she is here [in Los Angeles] now. She would be great.

“It would make her look accessible and funny, it would be brilliant.

“Meghan if you are watching this, we would love you to do it!”

Filming for season 29 is currently hanging in the balance due to Covid-19, and ABC are currently locked in talks to put special measures in place to keep cast and crew protected.

Opening up about whether the show could still be possible without a live studio audience, the Italian choreographer admitted he hopes they can mimic the elation – despite the lack of people.

He said: “If you can recreate the sense of excitement, I am sure it’s possible.”

Earlier this year, Prince Harry and Meghan announced they would be standing down as senior royals but will continue to champion charitable causes.

Following their news, the couple recently upped sticks to LA, and are reportedly staying in Tyler Perry’s $18 million Beverly Hills mansion.

Since their Stateside move in March, they have only been spotted in public a handful of times.

They were seen volunteering for a local charity by dropping off food to locals isolating from coronavirus, along with walking their pet pooches.
