Stacey Solomon hits back at troll who slated her for 'letting' Rex eat lipstick

Stacey Solomon has taken to her social media to hit back at a troll who slammed her for “letting” Rex eat lipstick.

The 30-year-old Loose Women panelist was criticised by an Instagram follower after she posted a snap of her baby with red lipstick all over his mouth.

She had caught Rex red-handed with the makeup stick in his hand, with the contents of the product all over one hand as well as his face.

After the mum-of-three was scolded by the troll for the lipstick incident, she took to her page to hit back at the mummy-shamer.

Stacey, who refers to her haters as “Susans”, joked she was going to “feed” Rex some lipstick for lunch.

Joe Swash’s partner posted on her story saying she had “made him his favourite shades” as she serving little Rex some sandwiches cut into lipstick shapes.

The makeup-themed sarnies included “marmalade kisses, thousand island pot and jam smooches”.

She also shared a video with her 3.3m followers, saying: “To the lovely Susan who messaged me just to say you really shouldn’t let your child eat lipstick, thank you so much, cos I genuinely was going to pick out a few shades for his lunch!

“Thank you Susan, that was a close one!,” she remarked sarcastically.

Stacey and her beau Joe are part of the brand new Celebrity Gogglebox, and have been filming for the popular Channel 4 show during lockdown.

The media personality posted a video to her social media story as she attempted to cut her EastEnders star boyfriends hair ahead of the new series.

Using clippers, Stacey proceeded to star cutting Joe’s hair, before he quickly snapped: “No! You’re not doing it like that. That’s not how you do it.”

He then tried to trim his hair with a pair of scissors, seemingly not trusting Stacey to fix his do.

Stacey hit back saying: “I would’ve done it better than that. What the hell, Joe!”

Captioning the haircutting row, Stacey joked: “Honestly he won’t let me near it. He’d rather aimlessly hack at his hair than let me do it.”
