Amanda Holden had jaws dropping left and right as she posed up a storm in a thigh-length white dress.
The 50-year-old blonde bombshell looked fabulous in the plunging minidress as she hitched herself up on the counter during a moment of ‘me-time’ between filming shoots.
And her toned pins were on full display, crossed to preserve her modesty – but treating her 1.7million followers to a glimpse of upper thigh.
The glam number featured a swish golden belt detail which complemented the chunky gold bracelet Amanda wore around one wrist.
The stunner’s blonde tresses were curled into chic waves that fell just to her shoulders as she sat with her back to a mirror.
“A moment of rest in-between filming this week!” Amanda wrote. “Can’t wait for you to see what I’ve been up to.”
Fans – including a few celebrity faces – swarmed to the comments section to show Amanda their love.
Pussycat Dolls star and Amanda’s Heart FM co-star Ashley Roberts simply posted a heart-eyed emoji, while Peter Andre gave the pic a cheeky ‘like’.
Someone else rushed to say: “You look stunning!”
While another posted: “Very much looking forward to seeing all your new work! Keep acing it queen!”
“No matter what you wear, you always look attractive xx,” a third added.
Amanda went on to treat her fans to a hair flip on her Peter Andre, as she debuted the move in slow-motion. She continued to toss her voluminous tresses as she performed a catwalk for the camera, captioning the pic: “Worth it!” with a bicep emoji.
In the cute video, Amanda looked sensational in a high-necked cream smock dress with animal-print patterning.
And later that day, she poured her curves into some tight workout gear, including a navy blue crop top which gave fans a glimpse of her toned tummy.
“Run done!” Amanda announced alongside the gym-ready snap.
Her endless legs looked fantastic in the skin-tight leggings, which Amanda paired with a pair of grey trainers and a baseball cap as she posed in front of some lush greenery.

It comes shortly after it was revealed that Amanda has scored her own E4 series which will see her move in with her nan.
The eight-part documentary-style programme will be named No Holden Back and will portray the star’s “unique relationship” with her nan Myrtle, along with other family members and friends.
Speaking to The Sun, Amanda said: “I’m delighted that everyone is finally going to meet my nan, the apple never falls far from my tree and in this series she will certainly be keeping me on my toes.”
A spokesperson for Myrtle added: “I have no comment, apart from I’m really hoping being on TV might mean I can finally meet my favourite young man, Ben Shephard.”
