Christine McGuinness has told her followers that an “orgasm a day keeps depression away”.
The 32-year-old former Real Housewives of Cheshire reality TV star took to her official Instagram account to share with her fans what her mantra is – and it’s very cheeky!
Paddy McGuinness’ wife shared a print screen of a WhatsApp conversation she had been having with a friend when she made the remark.
Christine asked her fans if they could guess what she and her friends were talking about as she revealed the texts, as she remarked: “My WhatsApps right now. Can you guess what we’re talking about?”

She then showed fans the entire conversation.
The discussion kicked off by Christine telling her friend: “I’ve got a suitcase with a lock on it! Big kisses.”
Christine’s pal replied: “I’ve actually got a chest full in lockdown.”
“I fully believe an orgasm a day keeps depression away,” Christine quipped back.
The mother-of-three wrote in the caption: “My mantra try it.”

It comes after Christine’s hubby Paddy, 47, was left “praying” his past vasectomy had worked as her pregnancy cravings had returned.
Paddy had a vasectomy a few years ago to avoid any more pregnancies, after he and wife Christine welcomed twins Leo and Penelope, now seven, and Felicity, now five.
But she has started to crave Fab ice lollies again with her cups of tea, a pregnancy craving for the lass.

Sharing a photo of a Fab and a cup of tea on Instagram, he joked: “Just asked the good lady what she wanted for her supper?
“I’m praying that vasectomy has held up!”
He added the hashtags “weird craving”, “ice lolly and a cup of tea”, “WTF”, “supper” and “stay safe”.
Christine admitted she was “scared” after she craved the sugary treat when she was expecting her kids.
Former Real Housewives of Cheshire guest star Christine added: “Oh no! I craved Fabs through both pregnancies… I’m scared now… I told you to get it checked!”
Paddy has been open about the vasectomy process – a surgical procedure for male sterilisation or permanent contraception, to prevent pregnancy – and at the time told his fans that the operation was “a doddle”.
