Coleen Nolan revealed that she has heard her son having sex on a four minute voicemail he left her.
The 56 year old Nolan sister first spoke about the butt dial 15 years ago but the conversation was brought up again in a recent episode.
Her son Shane, whose father is Eastenders actor Shane Richie, was surely left embarrassed as she recalled the unfortunate phone call to Johnny Seifert on the Secure The Insecure podcast.
She explained: “He accidentally phoned me and didn’t know his phone had gone off.
“It was years and years ago during the night, so my phone just went to voicemail, but it recorded everything for about four minutes.”
Coleen listened to the voicemail as she was concerned that her son, now 32 years old, had gotten into trouble after a night out on the town.
She panicked but did not expect to hear what awaited her and didn’t realise what the noises were at first.
The singer continued: “I was thinking ‘what the hell is that?’
“I realised his phone had gone off during….his night of passion.”
“Let me say I listened for four and a half minutes, four and a half minutes, I was dead impressed,” she said when she first told the story on Loose Women.
“When he came round I played it for him and his girlfriend. I had to embarrass him.
He said: “Mum, why oh, why oh, why”, adding later: “ In my defence it was longer than four and a half minutes…”
Coleen recently revealed that she had been talking with a man she has met on the dating app Tinder, although she dispelled any current marriage rumours but said “never say never” when asked if it might be on the cards.
A source told The Sun: “Coleen is head over heels for him. They are inseparable and have gotten very serious, very fast.
‘She didn’t want to be in this position again after everything she’s been through in the past, and actually broke up with him a few times because of that, but Coleen has finally surrendered and it’s full steam ahead now.
“Those closest to her think she will definitely marry this one.”
