Coleen Nolan steps in to mediate row between Janet and Gloria on Loose Women

Fortunately Coleen Nolan was on hand to diffuse the situation as a Loose Women debate turned heated between Janet Street-Porter and Gloria Hunniford.

The former family-group singer, 56, could see that things were spiralling out of control as both Gloria and Janet began to shout over one another.

At which point, Coleen chimed in yelling “Miss, Miss Miss” to stop the pair from going hammer and tong with their differing views.

The panel, which included former This Morning star Ruth Langsford, Coleen, Janet and Gloria, were busy discussing claims Dominic Cummings had aired about Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

Later on in the show, Ruth had to apologise to fans as the initial segment was supposed to discuss Gloria’s brush with the law.

However, the discussion somehow ended up in a full blown row about Dominic Cummings and Boris Johnson, meaning Gloria didn’t get her air time.

Ruth explained: “We actually didn’t get a chance to discuss Gloria’s brush with the law as we were too occupied with debate, however we will make time for this.”

Eamonn Holmes’ wife, didn’t have a confirmed time or date for Gloria’s story but did reassure fans that it would happen at a later date.
