Showbiz sweethearts Dawn and Ashley Ward are set to become grandparents, as their daughter, Darby Ward, is expecting her first baby.
The 24-year-old announced her pregnancy over Instagram, sharing a picture of an ultrasound with her fans and admitting she was “emotional” over the news.
Perched on the lap of her fiancé Michael Jackson, Darby cradled her pet dogs in her arms and beamed at the camera.
Sharing the happy news, she said: “Our little Family is officially growing!!!! Baby Jackson we can’t wait to meet you.
“I’m so emotionally excited to be able to finally share our special news with you all!”
Darby closed the message with a tribute to her husband-to-be, saying: “@michaelcorradojackson you have made my life complete in every single way and I couldn’t wish for a better Partner to build my life with and start our own family together.”

Thrilled to become a grandmother, Dawn sent a message of congratulations to her daughter over Instagram, expressing her joy over their baby news.
She said: “I can not tell you how excited I am me and @ashersnine are going to be grandparents.
“My beautiful Daughter @darbyward and our son-in-law to be @michaelcorradojackson are expecting a baby.
“They will make the best parents ever. I’m feeling so blessed it’s the most amazing news for our whole family Nanna Dawn Grandad Ashley.”

Darby got engaged to the Mr Whippy ice cream boss back in 2019, with Michael getting on bended knee while holidaying on the French Riviera.
At the time, Darby was stunned by the surprise proposal, telling her fans: “I SAID YES!!!!! I LOVE YOU FOREVER.”
Michael – who owns Mr Whippy ice cream in the United Arab Emirates – was just as smitten, sharing a photo of his bride-to-be, and branding Darby as “the most amazing person on this planet”.
He swooned: “I want to be with you always in this life and our next life’s. I love you always, your my everything… will you MARRY ME?!?!’ … she said YES!!!!!!!”

Darby, who is Dawn’s eldest daughter, has enjoyed some success as a country singer, releasing her track Give Love A Try on Spotify four years ago.
With over 228,000 Instagram followers to her name, the mum-to-be is also an influencer, advertising products on the photo-sharing app and creating YouTube videos for her subscribers.
On top of that, Darby has also made occasional appearances on The Real Housewives of Cheshire, with her mum Dawn leading the cast of female stars.
