Hollyoaks newcomer Becky Quentin (Katie McGlynn) is left heartbroken in scenes set to air next week.
Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) is shocked by Becky’s recent actions, but decides to let it slide for his wife Diane’s (Alex Fletcher) sake.
However, when he realises how dangerous of a friend she is, he stands up to her.
Not wanting to admit defeat, Becky bends the truth which causes a rift in Diane and Tony’s marriage.
Also, Diane has an evaluation, and feels relieved when it’s determined that she most likely has obsessive compulsive disorder.
Later in the week, Becky’s baby son, Henry, shows symptoms of sickness, and Diane’s concerns grow when she refuses to take him to hospital.
When Tony joins in on the efforts to convince Becky to seek help for Henry, she locks herself away.
Diane threatens to call social services and Becky has no choice but to give Henry the medical attention he needs.
Later, Becky receives some alarming news from hospital.
She befriends Ollie Morgan (Gabriel Clark) and confides in him about her fears for Henry.
Elsewhere in the village, Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) finds himself in a difficult situation when his plan to take down Fergus Collins (Robert Beck) backfires and he’s framed, but given his track record, will anyone believe that he’s telling the truth?
Fergus is confronted after someone has video evidence that suggests he’s lied.
Later, incriminating messages are discovered, which could put Fergus back in the firing line.
Also, Sami Maalik (Rishi Nair) and James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan) have teamed up to dig up some dirt on Ali Shahzard (Raji James), and it looks like Sami might have found something.
Meanwhile, Misbah Malik (Harvey Virdi) is shocked to discover that the hospital is honouring Ali with an award for his contributions to oncology.
Later, a riled-up Shaq Qureshi (Omar Malik) publicly condemns his dad Ali whilst he’s receiving his award.
The Maalik family are reeling after Shaq’s outburst and Ali demands a public apology from him, threatening to report him to the police for assault if he doesn’t comply.
However, a surprise visitor adds fuel to the fire by claiming Misbah is lying.
Misbah plans to leave the village, but before she does, Sami receives an email from another victim.
