Megastar John Travolta has taken to social media to share a photo of his daughter Ella, 21, starring in a live-action version of Alice In Wonderland, Get Lost.
The Saturday Night Fever actor was clearly overjoyed as he wrote: “I’m a very proud dad!” for his 3.6million Instagram followers.
“Here’s my daughter Ella starring in a live action re-imagining of Alice in Wonderland! Called, “Get Lost” I’m a very proud dad!” the star wrote on his post.
In the photo John posted, Ella Travolta posed by turning to the camera but facing away and wearing a dress that was just like Alice’s blue gown.
Ella’s dress reflected the new edge on the classic novel as it featured frayed blue fabric, a tulle bow, and a blue blouse with sparkly edges.
On her own Instagram account, Ella updated her 525k followers on her new film.
In a video Ella wore her blue dress and said: “Hi everyone I am here in beautiful Budapest, Hungary, filming the modern day reimagining of Alice In Wonderland called Get Lost.
“I am so excited to be here, amazing cast, amazing crew, I can’t wait to share it with you guys and I’ll keep you posted.”
Also starring James Cromwell, Henriette Confurius, and Abby Corrigan, Get Lost follows Alicia or Alice as she explores Budapest-turned-Wonderland with the energetic William/Mad Hatter.
In a live action re interpretation the characters from Lewis Carroll’s iconic novel such as The Cheshire Cat and White Rabbit are transformed into human characters who take Alice on a journey through the Hungarian capital.

The feature film will not be Ella’s first time appearing on the big screen, despite her being only 21.
In 2019 Ella starred in Old Dogs and The Poison Rose but both alongside her famous father, so this is her first solo acting role.
Ella lost her mother, Kelly Preston, 57, in 2020, after she had been struggling with breast cancer.
John recently shared the trailer for ‘Off the Rails’, the last film Kelly made before her death.
The family also lost their son, Jett, in 2009, aged just 16.
