Molly-Mae Hague claims she was turned away from her local supermarket when she tried to buy groceries with her boyfriend Tommy Fury.
The pair, who fell for one another in the summer of 2019, were refused entry at the door after trying to grab some essentials earlier this week.
The Love Island stars fell foul of a rule preventing more than one person from the same household shopping at a time.
Although not enforced in all stores, families and couples have been stopped from entering certain supermarkets together as the pandemic rages.
Molly-Mae and Tommy were told just that as she took to Instagram to share her frustration.
They didn’t name the store they were not allowed into but tagged Tesco in a post showing off their online shop.
She showed off some of their buys, including some ice cream, fresh vegetables, bottled water, eggs and rice cakes.
Molly-Mae wrote: “I never do online food shopping because I way prefer to go to the shop itself.
“However we were turned away from the supermarket this week for being from the same household which I think is a new rule?

“Tommy and I have completely different diets and buy completely different foods so this seems like the best option now.”
She was looking to get some bits in to take her mind of some devastating news.
Earlier this week Molly-Mae paid tribute to her “amazing” friend Cheryl Kellett after she lost her battle with bowel cancer.

She wrote: “Thank you for making such an incredible and positive impact on my life Cheryl….
“One AMAZING woman, you’ll be utterly missed.”
Molly-Mae then shared a swipe-up link to Cheryl’s JustGiving page, helping to raise money for the worthy cause.
