Our Yorkshire Farm’s Amanda Owen regularly shares updates of her life with fans on Instagram, and she’s been making the most of the sunny weather with a refreshing swim.
The star, 46, looks stunning in the new snap, posing for a selfie in a tiny navy blue polka dot bikini.
Mum-of-nine Amanda looks fresh-faced in the pic, with windswept hair and ornate earrings as she poses by the water’s edge.
In a series of photos, several of her children are seen swimming in the water and enjoying the sunshine.
Thoughtful Amanda captioned the post with advice for her 375k Instagram followers.

She wrote: “After an insanely busy time we have been enjoying a cooling off period.
“We’ve taken to the water but thought it apt that we share some brilliant advice & information from The Outdoor Swimming Society via a story on how to enjoy the water safely.”
The children were also pictured wearing armbands as they made the most of the water.

Fans were quick to praise Amanda for her sensible approach.
“Very wise. I hope you have all enjoyed your wet fun at the start of your summer holidays. Enjoy and make memories, thank you for posting Amanda,” said one, with flower emojis.

Others questioned the colour of the water in some of the pics, and other fans guessed it would be from the peat in the moors.
Some fans also raved about their favourite, Tony The Pony, who was seen cooling off in one of the pictures.

On her Instagram story, she then shared the safety tips with fans.
She recently wrote in her book wondering whether she was too old now for a tenth child, but fans love to keep up with a family’s antics.
